Given all the builds they are pushing to insiders you don't think they are getting close?

My prediction: 1903 will be released on this next Patch Tuesday, after a week or so in the RP ring.

That's as good as any. I'm keeping my eye out for it to hit RP. That'll be like shoving the horses in the gates at Churchill Downs. Imminent...............

I suspect the following Tuesday is more likely, as Patch Tuesday is too busy with all the CUs. But it has yet to make it into RP, so we will have to wait and see....

That would make it the day after Tax Day on this side of the Pond. How appropriate.

One of my lappy have not recieved this update automatically yet (and I don't want to push it). What will happen when 1903 is released in April (April 9th?) for that machine? Will it go through two feature updates? or will it be 1/2 year behind from now on and instead get 1809?

One of two things is going to happen: either you will be upgraded to 1903 and everything will be OK with no lag behind; or your lappy won't be able to accept the upgrade for any of many reasons: drivers not up-to-date, hardware issues and so on... At this point, you will have to figure out why.

As you know, first thing is to play it safe by making sure your full system image backup is there to save the day. You can even try to push it right now for 1809 and see what happens.
