When you geeks get 1809 up and running and want to pause all updates, here's how to make sure that Windows will not be updated or upgraded in your lifetime

I think I am having a similar problem. I received a notification in my inbox that @tats25 has posted at 2:35 A.M for this thread, but his post is nowhere to be seen.

So, there is got to be something fishy going on ( I don't mean on tenforum's part). Here is why:

It looks like your mail provider is proxying links.

I am using outlook (Office 365 subscription) and my ISP is Bell Canada. Thanks, I will have to check that out.

Yes, Outlook mail does that annoying safe link security proxy/check, which sometimes makes the mail links very slow to open and sometimes even unusable until you remove the extra stuff.

I don't know for sure, but it may be that my ISP is tinkering with my IP address. The reason is because they have been trying to reach me for a couple of weeks just for telemarketing promotion and I have blocked their phone number on my multi-tasks Panasonic phone. Since I have subscribed to their service more than 13 years ago, I have never been late with my payments, not even once; that is why I know it is for telemarketing promotion and I don't have time for that.

If this keeps going on, I will have to contact them to know what the heck is wrong.
