    I don't know if the MCT has also been updated to that build.
    I doubt it very much. I'm only aware of two previous occasions when the ISO for the MCT was updated. 1607 got an updated ISO half way through its long life, and 1803 go a new one a few months in when some initial bugs had been removed (much like 1809, but on a far less dramatic scale - just some insider settings left in by mistake).

    But ddelo's upgrade was via windows update, which would have checked for the latest update in the process of upgrading. An upgrade using the MCT's ISO also checks for updates by default, so it doesn't really matter what ISO the MCT makes. I would be very surprised if MS have suddenly changed their approach and start updating the MCT ISO for each month's new build.

    That's what I mean, I think that since a few days ago the build that is installed through WU is 17763.194 and not 17763.107 as it happened before.

    Me too. I just downloaded two 1809 ISOs from Microsoft, MCT one with ESD, and WIM based ISO by changing the user agent. Both are 17763.107 released October 30th.

    Hi there
    I downloaded from UUPDUMP for one system (one where I had Icelandic language) as no WU update was offered on that system and it updated OK to 194. The other system I'm using (ENG-GB) updated via WU just OK. Both systems are identical HP envy laptops.

    Cheers

    No biggie, Dave. I just thought it was funny. I don't think I've ever seen that particular name, and it's quite nice, really.

    After this update when in File Explorer then using context menu to copy from a folder to another; if the mouse curser passes over or hovers on “New”it hangs up, then exits the browser ((IE 11) and goes back to desktop. Hum.

    Hi there

    @dustymars

    I hope from, your user name you (like me) am incredibly fascinated with the latest vehicle on Mars -- this is exploration well worth ever penny, cent, eurocent, rouble etc spent.

    Great series (you can get it also on catchup TV / amazon from Nat.Geographic HD -- Mars -- a sort of docu / fictional series describing concepts of mission (2016) to the problems of the settlers (2033) -- absolutely great series an on Nat Geo channel of all places. !!!

    IE 11 will be deprecated (i.e I think in plain English - retired or rendered obsolete) soon so problems with IE 11 are unlikely to get fixed -- my advice is choose another browser --there's plenty out there to use. I don't like edge myself and it looks as if that is also on Life support.

    Cheers

    @dustymars

    FF and Opera seem to be OK though if you don't like the others.
