Think we'll get a CU today to bring 1809 up to .165?

The “C” and “D” releases occur the third and fourth weeks of the month, respectively. These preview releases contain only non-security updates, and are intended to provide visibility and testing of the planned non-security fixes targeted for the next month’s Update Tuesday release. These updates are then shipped as part of the following month’s “B” or Update Tuesday release.

My favorite is StartIsBack - paid $3 for it back in Windows 8 days, and it's been kept updated all along. Works with Insiders builds (so far). Has some nice options for customizing the taskbar look, is very fast, and I've never had a problem with it.
My Favorite too ! Best $3 bucks that I've ever spent.

Decided to upgrade my old laptop from HOME Ver 1803 to 1809 yesterday. Upgrade ran smooth (40 min elapsed time). All software (New and old), runs just fine. Getting 2 NEW Error events which were not there in 1803. 1 - APXACC Event id 1003 "The NDIS6 LWF initialization has failed (0xC0000001) See 1 only at boot time ?? and 2 - ATleRecord Event ID 16396 "ATI EEU PnP start/stop failed" get 2 at boot time ??

I've got a new truck with a feature called auto Start/Stop (ASS), (shuts the motor off when waiting for a stop light - then restarts quickly as soon as you let off of the brake). I didn't care for it at all so I did disable it via program settings, thought maybe it affected my Win10 1809 system ??? Haven't had time to research them. But other than that it looks quite solid.

Moi? The Magic Hour has come and gone. Flash Player update. That's all. It's shutdown time in Redmond till Monday. No Insider build, either. Stole this pic from Leo:

I got the same update about the same time. In the case of MS, maybe "less" is MORE?

I got it too and fortunately it doesn't require a reboot.
