So it's not your Profile, and that's good. It's still being ornery, and that's not good.

Chaos? Build 17763.134 is for regular users (not insiders) and build 17763.167 is for insiders in the Release preview ring, that simple, if you want the build .167 you just have to join the Release Preview ring or you can install it manually.
Hmmm, I changed my Production partition to Insider so I'd get the Previews, but it stopped at .134. When you posted this, I went in and looked at my settings . . . I'm still on the Insider Preview, but for some reason, I'd been set back to the Slow Ring. FWIW, I never use the Slow Ring!

I've changed it now, so we'll see what happens next. Thanks for reminding me.

    Edit!

Folks, if you have a dual boot system with both Production and Fast/Skippy, and want to update your Production from .134 to .167, do not set Production to Insider in order to get there!

I did, and now it's trying to install Fast Ring Build 18290! Not what I want on my Production partition at all! I have it stopped for 7 days, so now I'm going to have to do a Macrium Restore!

Use this as s test, since you have Win 10 Pro version.

If you want to completely uninstall it (you can always reinstall it, if you wish), use this:

Could be, just uninstall it. Use Revo or similar.

That only happens if you choose Skip Ahead or the Fast ring (aka Active development of Windows + Fast), if you choose the Release Preview ring (aka Just fixes, apps and drivers), you will receive the build .167 (CU KB4469342).

I did so , still no luck , looks like something is triggering these items after every reboot , while I removed them all from regedit before..........
