There were worse builds in the past, if they are waiting for perfect build it will never be released. I couldn't find any of those faults in Skippy.

Thanks, that's something worth knowing. Not all machines are seeing the 'Features Update to Windows 10, version 1809' even if you check for updates, I have two 1803 machines that don't.

I wouldn't worry about it. The Windows.old folder was created by the continuation of Setup after the first reboot. Who knows what it thought the system time was while it was running? Probably made an (inappropriate) adjustment for Daylight Saving Time.

So! Looks the Baseline Version for 1809 is 17763.107 ... so far. MS hasn't quite finished stirring the pot. Maybe. Who knows.

Glad you got it all in and happy, Edwin!
I did a factory reset on this tablet a couple weeks ago, maybe that's why everything went smooth!

Before that it was: "Failed to install updates" "Retry"...

Nope. But every twitch, sneeze and burp gives great fodder to the Blog Writers of the planet, even if they are repeating stale news, re-hashed events, and scraped articles from other Bloggers. Guess everybody has to eat.

So, no.... it has not been re-pulled/un-re-released.

yes, I also I installed the what was it .107 and the shortly after .55 had no issues that I noticed, there was the event viewer issue. The update to .134 has been uneventful, Then I'm really just an ordinary user with ordinary software MS Office a little Auto Cad, I don't game even though I have a gaming notebook. I just like High Tech stuff. I'm sure I could get by just fine with an I5 but of course, since the I7 is available I have to have it.
    I am adding a new 2-1 notebook-tablet Dell Inspiration 13 7386, Simple little thing.

I'm trying to get more reasonable with what I have to drag around with me from job to job. Yep, I ordered this little guy with I7, 620 onboard graphics shared RAM of which I got the max offered 16 GB, 512GB NVME SSD 10 Pro. I just couldn't help myself LOL.
I'm sure the I5 and 256GB NVME SSD 8G RAM would have saved myself a couple of hundred bucks and been just fine. But no, I could, so I did, Now for the learning curve moving from a full-size 17" Gaming notebook to a 13" 2-1

Updates via WU. Haven't ran into anything going wrong with the update. And I'm pretty much like @Clintlgm in that I am not a power user. Don't even know if I need to worry or not.
