No, not WU that I know of. Had to do all mine with an ISO. MS may be turning blue waiting for the Feedback Hub to short-circuit. If it doesn't by Friday, WU will likely kick in. Just IMO.....

I received it on the RP Ring before all the issues caused the initial Pause, and I have received several monthly roll-ups including one yesterday, all through Windows Update
But I am talking about this moment, not before, I mean, receiving the update at this moment in the version 1803 (17134.407), that is, clicking on the "check for updates" button in WU and that appears "feature update to 1809", and of course without being in any ring.

No, my test machine is currently running the public release of 1803 and no matter how many times I check for updates there's no sign of the 'Features Update to Windows 10, version 1809'. I'm leaving it running 24/7 to see just how long it will be before the automatic windows update finds it.

I think MS are being ultra-cautious and running this rollout very slowly. Unlike 1803 where it seemed like the whole world got it in the first week.

Yeah, I'm doing the same on one of my PCs, it's on the build 17134.407 and I click on "check for updates" every so often to see if this feature update appears.

When the ill-fated 17763.1 was released on 2nd October, clicking on 'check for updates' classified you as what MS called a "seeker" meaning you got it anyway, regardless of whether you would have got it automatically. So I'm letting my 17134.407 just check automatically, to see if/when it is deemed ready to roll out to my machine.

MCT is still MediaCreationTool 1809, & properties indicate 10.0.17763.1, not 134.
This is consistent with: the Windows Insider team has cleaned up its social media accounts, and has removed all mentions of version 1809 between October 2nd and November 13.

True, but the ISO you download will be 17763.107. Then a Windows Update will take you to 17763.134.

Go to Advanced Option of Windows Update in Settings and change your branch readiness to 'Semi-Annual Channel (Targeted)' with 90 deffered days. This will delay the FU for 90 days from yesterday.
You can also change it to 'Semi-Annual Channel', which will start counting days from the day the FU will be available to organizations, which can be anything from 3 to 6 months from now!
I don't think I have those options available to me on Win 10 home.
