Just did a clean install of 1809. So far it seems pretty stable but it's unbelievable that the obvious visual bugs are still there since the very release. Although they're very subtle, it's annoying when you're aware of them and makes Windows look rushed off.

1. The Action Center Acrylic effect only appears after it's completely opened. During the opening animation, it has a normal transparency.

The buttons in the Hotmail Account Settings dialog in the Mail App are cut off from beneath. This is visible when hovering the mouse over the buttons. For some reason, the Gmail Account Settings dialog in that app doesn't have this problem.

3. Sometimes, when opening Edge as a window, the Account Profile picture on the Tabs page in the right upper corner does not appear initially, until you maximize Edge's window.

Anyone else experiencing these or is it only at my end?

I think that bug happens because Microsoft is in the process of replacing those buttons, here I show you a comparison of the mail app between build 17763 and build 18865 (Skip Ahead):

I don't have that image next to the search box, I think it has to do with Cortana or something like that, in these days I no longer use Edge at all, I have replaced it with Anaheim (Chromium Edge), that will be the browser that will replace Edge in a few months.

Agree with that. It's quick, but looks like it's popping at you for just a moment before acrylic. If MS must have it, then at least fade it in, not a jarring flash-bang.
