Wow, this looks pretty clean to me. Out of interest, are those spontaneous errors or did you do something that made an app/software crash?

Mine is and always has been very clean as well:

The two errors shown were the same and say hardware but I don't remember what they were. I don't remember any problems.

The first was Disk Management. I had mounted a .vhdx file as a virtual drive, when I dismounted it from within Disk Management it did dismount successfully, but then Disk Management hung on me and had to be closed from Task Manager.

I'm not sure what caused the second....

I usually get these errors when my PC goes out of sleep by itself and then putting it back to sleep immediately

Ah, I recall having a lot of those ShellExperienceHost.exe errors back in October when I had 1809 installed. It seems to be happening way less often now though.

I've had no problems with 1809. Never did, and I picked it up on day 1 (October 2 2018). In any case, I think it's been pretty well put through the bug-wringer by now. For me, it's been rock solid all along.
Same here, Sgage. I updated on October 2 also and so far haven't had my first problem.

Same here - and my reliability stats match the above from others (with some random something stopped working here and then every few weeks).

Mine is pretty mundane to. However, while looking at it today, I had a Explorer crash yesterday, that I didn't know happened. It wasn't while I was using it because I would remember that. But looking at the detail report, it lists a weird OS version ???

Nice catch, I looked at a problem in my reliability chart and my version was stretched out to OS Version: 10.0.17763.2.0.0.768.101.

When I searched for your OS Version: 10.0.17763.2.0.0.256.48 you could see a lot of it in the results but no one supplied any reasoning for the format, it was the same in my case.
The only thing that comes to my mind is that is the level or section of the version that relates to your crash. In my case it would be the section that relates to the IAStore service.

I take it the following issue has not yet been fixed in 1809?
