So WU is finally offering me the update to 1809.
How is the Reliability History of 1809 by now guys? Does it show any spontaneous errors?
Hi Johnny, I was going to sit and wait out till the April 2019 version was released to update from 1803. But yesterday, I got the itch to try 1809 again (2nd time). And installed it. Without any doubt, IMO, 1803 is a much better version of W10 but I must say, that as of yet, this newer version of 1809 passes. It barely passes but it passes. So, I might keep it. I can live with this version, something I was not willing to do when I first installed 1809 last Oct 3rd. I havent experienced any issues, same as last time, but my feeling is that the machine is a bit slower than it is with 1803. Perhaps this version uses more resources.
Something that bothered me last time I installed 1809 was smartscreen running forever, now thats not so anymore (thats working now as it was in previous versions of W10). For me, thats good. The usage of resources is lesser than last time I had 1809, the difference is not much but likely this lesser usage of resources is what makes this newer version of 1809 more responsive and bearable and has me thinking that perhaps I can keep it and not go back to 1803.

I clear Windows Event log constantly, so my Reliability is blank right now. But Reliability history in my computer, in all W10 versions, including this one has been pretty clean. So it would be clean now if I had not deleted Events warnings and errors. After finishing the update last night, I went hard for a few hours with the computer, no problem whatsoever. As in October, Events log is very noisy with this version of W10. The log is loaded with a User profile Warning 1534. Thats how it was in October. This doesnt bother me. Other than that, the log looks fine. I get 2 or 3 Warnings and errors that take place every time the computer boots. They were there in previous W10 versions. A particular Warning for Bluetooth that I used to get in all earlier W10, I am not getting it with 1809. So, to me, the log is OK. But I ll be in the lookout for errors in RH, if I see something, I ll come over and post about it.
