Never mind. Just found out that the largest single file size on a FAT32 formatted drive is 4GB.
I had a USB 2.0 flash drive I wanted to put the latest 1809 17763.107 iso on to use on my laptop so I formatted the flash drive ( I: ) as FAT32 from File Explorer.
I then dragged the iso from another drive and dropped it on the I: flash drive. I got a message there was not enough room. There was over 14GB free on the flash drive as I just formatted it. The ISO is just under 5GB in size. Also tried opening the I: drive then Copy and Paste, same error.
I then formatted the flash drive as NTFS and was able to drag and drop the ISO to it. It was unbearably slow so I repeated the process with a USB 3.0 flash drive and had the same exact problem. Would not copy if the drive was FAT32. Formatted as NTFS then it copied okay.
Is this one of the known USB problems with 1803/1809 build?
