I just put a backup on, fortunately it was from early November so apart from AV updates nothing much to do.
It's showing as activated (for now). I'm hoping that MS have turned off the buggy activation servers, we shall see.

Got the de activation here also. Says to go to the store and buy a pro license!
I tried a clean install of Pro on my W10 Pro test machine. That failed to activate. The troubleshooter. like Carnivore's, said this machine only had a licence for Home.
I briefly toyed with the idea of trying a clean install of Home to see if it would activate from the supposed Home digital licence (which this Pro machine has never had until now) - then quickly decided not to. I suspect that changing keys or editions while the activation servers are SNAFU would risk destroying any record of its Pro digital licence.
As Pro will continue to work 'un-activated' my advice is TOUCH NOTHING and sit it out until MS fix their activation severs.
I have restored a Macrium image on my test machine which (for now) says 'activated with a digital licence'
No shit! I've got this problem this morning, my Win10 Pro (upgraded from Win7 Pro years ago) said it could not find Pro license. On the other hand, Home license was found.
I fully rebooted the system and now it seems I got my Pro license back.
It appears MS have just fixed their activation servers. I can now successfully run slmgr /ato on my test machine, previously it failed to activate.

They proabably switched to a backup server...
As mentioned previously Windows auto-checks licencing periodically and should auto activate the DL now.. but to force the check the cmd above should expedite it.
