So if I have one Key I can install windows on several machines, using the very same key several times, but I shuold not; is it that what it means?
Yes. A retail key is for a single install on one machine. Using it to install on another machine at the same time may activate at first, but will likely to be deactivated as a violation of the EULA.

Oh Ok, that newer worked for me, once used that key will not activate again, maybe sometimes it works, thanks; I would not use it anyway, I'm very against using unlicenced software not to talk about pirated software who knows what may be inside that preactivated shi**t, and piracy also does not help competition in software development.

    Hi there

retail can be transferred though to another machine -- it's possible you might need phone activation but it's perfectly legal provided you uninstall from the older machine.
