I'm completely lost with what MS is trying to do. Nothing what they do makes any sense anymore.
Very confused company, now Fast ring is faster than Skippy but Fast and Skippy are supposed to be merged ???? MS is way overdue for a good shakeup. I was involved in company management as production manager among other jobs for years. If we made mistakes like MS makes, we wouldn't have been in business for long. Really pathetic.

It's pathetic how these threads quickly become in a constant deposit of complaints against Microsoft, from a time here everything they do is bad, now simply because they didn't release in Skip Ahead a very small cumulative with two small fixes? I would understand if it were a complete build that has not been released, but using such small things to constantly denigrate the company is pathetic, you just have to look at the other threads about these insider builds and you will see that they always end up in the same, it seems that some have personal problems or deep frustrations and come here to blame Microsoft for it.

If Microsoft were really doing things so badly, would they be the second largest technology company in the world now? remember that they were in fourth place a few months ago.

So this is a release for the Fast Ring, but not for Skippy?

It's not just because of this but all the things they do lately, Having 3 rings to test builds and not heeding results they get from them, that's plain stupid. The last happenings with latest official update had parts fixed in insider builds but not used in time. Now they release a build that immediately has to be updated ??? How's that for confusion ?

I already said in this comment what could be the reason for this CU, it is better explained in this blog, you have to get used to it because it will not be the last time it happens, they release a build for the fast ring, but that build doesn't comply with the criteria for releasing it in the slow ring so they release a CU in that build to fix some small bugs and thus be able to release it in the slow ring. This image explains it:

Well said - frankly, I don't give a poop if I do not get a minor CU as we will get a new Insider soon enough.

I do give a poop about the policy to only give a feature update to some users and not to others. This is just ridiculous and for this MS are truly out of order.

No not really, it is the fault of the poor decision making by ineffectual management.
