Windows time service is still showing disabled on a fresh boot. Up-voted on the hub. Changed to auto to see if that will change things.

Thanks Count. Will change to manual and try a shutdown/bootup.

Edit. Something isn't triggering it I assume so will try auto for next fresh boot.

How long should I let it spin on a stuck percentage before giving up on the install? This time its hanging on 78% on Installing Windows 10. Whats funny I thought I was on the slow, not even sure if I wan this build , I just dont want the 1809 I am on now.

Which exact build are you on and to what it's updating exactly ? Those percentages are not really accurate, sometimes it sits on one %age for long time and than jumps to end after a while.

I am updating to this build "18277 (19H1)". I think I am on 8309. Not sure because I am still stuck and cant login to check. Its hanging on 43% for the past 3-4 hours It got past the original 78% on the install, now it say "working on updates" and that is where it is stuck

Anyone else having trouble with "Turn Windows features on or off"?

Mine keep 'Searching for required files' on a forever loop.
