Seems to be limited to PRO especially if it has been upgraded.

I have 2 pro licences I use for insiders but my daily driver is Home. Can't say there is much I miss out on.

Just getting going. The Dell Venue Pro 11 got to the post-GUI restart without any human intervention required. It's now on "Working on Updates" at 11%. Things didn't go as well on the XPS 2720. I got this error message explanation: "The error 0x80240034 in Windows 10 update, commonly occurs because during the download process the Internet connection or the connection with the Microsoft's update servers, was interrupted for some reason." Retrying on that machine right now, already at GUI install 7%. I'll post again if anything odd happens. We'll see!

] Ha! I've got the activation bug on the XPS 2720 which is why the install is failing. WUMgr.exe clearly shows a 403 forbidden error as the upgrade process tries to download packages for each item. Then, thinking activation might be at fault I checked and sure enough, here's what I see:

Looks like the recommended approach is to wait until MS figures out how to fix this problem. In the meantime, looks like that upgrade is stalled out. Weird!

[PPS added 17 mins later] The Venue Pro is booting into the new OS now, and I see a return to the old OOBE "Hi! We're getting a few things ready for you ..." and so forth. Very interesting. Given the long-running observation that the Venue Pro is usually my problem PC and the XPS 2720 is pretty rock-solid, I'm bemused that this time the Venue Pro made the upgrade unscathed with the XPS 2720 contracted the activation bug. Go figure!

The only reason I wish I had Pro was to have the ability to defer updates. Other than that, no, I don't really need Pro for anything.

    Hello Andre,

That must be for this below under General changes, improvements, and fixes for PC.

Some Insiders may notice small differences in File Explorer over the coming flights – we’ll have more to share later about this later.

I don't have this setting available in my build 18277.

Maybe a little out of topic, but it is still in this version too. When writing by touch keyboard on tablet pc or virtual keyboard on desktop pc, after writing characters behind the AltGr key, like @ £ $ and so on, the keyboard disappears from display and have to get back to display again. It is small but nuisance thing. I have given feedback many weeks ago.

Thanks Shawn. What is strange, I'm almost sure it was there in previous build too. Was playing with dates format, so at first, thought I've messed something up, ..well

Well that went smoothly.....I now have activate win messages too!
Mind you I did change mobo, ram and cpu 10 mins after install....hats off to them I say, I just swapped the NVME over and win 10 did all the drivers and works no probs. Thats impressive.
