New Windows 10 Insider Preview Fast Build 18277.1006 (19H1) - Nov. 13  

Windows time service is still showing disabled on a fresh boot. Up-voted on the hub. Changed to auto to see if that will change things.

Which exact build are you on and to what it's updating exactly ? Those percentages are not really accurate, sometimes it sits on one %age for long time and than jumps to end after a while.

Mine was set to Manual, changed to 'Automatic' and on reboot still the same 'Automatic'

Anyone else having trouble with "Turn Windows features on or off"?

Mine keep 'Searching for required files' on a forever loop.
