I found an issue with this build and it was since last build. Say you boot from C:\ drive when you access your storage drive say E:\ through File Explorer to a big folder which contains a lot of video files such as MP4s, it
won’t list at all and can't be opened. In the Task Manager you see that the search index takes forever running and eats CPU like 14% or more. This happens on all my 3 Fast + Skip Build 18272 (19H1) build machines but not to Insider Preview Slow + RP Build 17763.107.

    Any of you?

I don't have any video files, but do have lots of photographs I've taken over the years. Those open easily and everything's listed as far as I can tell.

Yeah it appears I clicked on Downloads folder by mistake. Sorry for the alarm. But I still think it was a very bad to include that folder in a system files disk cleanup. I'd like to know MS reasoning on this.

yes, I have one of my test PC's running 18272 that has lots of video's MP4 and AVI's and it takes forever to open the folder for videos - and using 45% CPU and up to 58% and using 23% memory - most of these are from concerts and Broadway shows. My other machines with this build don't have that many video's on them. After 14 minutes, they are still not all discovered fully. Compared to the 17763.107 which discovered same number in about 1.5 minutes and with about 2 % CPU

How large is the folder that contains video files and how many files in it?
