Isn't it funny that after sitting on "Downloading 100%" for half an hour the system should revert back to "Pending Download". Microsoft really tests the patience of its windows insiders
    Hi there

must be something wrong with your providers -- took me about 5 mins to download the relevant files via UUPDUMP and create the ISO. Then simply mount ISO and install -- either upgrade or fresh install.

The whole process from start to finish took me just over 20 Mins on HP envy laptop with 15 processor.

If you guys in that part of the world have poor Internet connections that's hardly Ms's problem. I'm surprised though as so much I.T outsourcing is done in India I'd have thought you would have had better than Glacial Speed Internet service !!!!

Anyway just to make you jealous -- our 10 - 100Gb/s lines will be rolled out soon !!! -- 4K download movies - no prob.!!! - Well in our long night Cold Winters we have to have something to do. !!!

    Cheers

I have a problem with this build.
After the update the sistem tried to download "Definition Update for Windows Defender Antivirus - KB2267602 (Definition 1.279.922.0)".
Apears "Status: Downloading - 0%" and so is till now, after few hours...
Installed manualy the KB, stopped the service (WU) and deleted the Software distribution folder. All of this 2-3 times, but nothing changed.

    Hi folks

Am I the only person on this entire planet who had ZERO problems installing this build !!!!

I did it from the last 1809 build and via update rather than brand new install -- worked fine although I used the UUPDUMP method.

    Cheers

Well. It seems I spoke too soon. The system now came back to "Downloading 100%" and from there it jumped to "Installing 20%". Cheers.

    Leave it alone.
    Same was to me.
From 100% jumped to 20% and rise again, jumped down, 2-3 times until rise again to 100% and begin to install.

I suspect they released the Iso because of the Dual boot issue.

Took me over 5 hrs to get this.

EDIT failures all occured at 25% during the install phase, dont think its anything to do with downloading as MS knew of the exprees packet failure, they aint using an ISP
