    As usual with fast/skippy builds of recent vintage, all 4 computers failed on first attempt but then installed. I downloaded from WU. All 4 computers are multibooted and no problem encountered with any of installs. I did download an iso from MS just in case but haven’t burned it yet.
    I downloaded the ISO, mounted it and updated. No failure at all, and I still have the ISO if I want to put this on one of my other computers.

    Also, I note an option to further personalise the start list.
    Attachment 210791
    It appears in the flight notes of build 17074, but it was actually added in build 17063.

    Yes, when you compare it with an image of the build 17763, the space is noticeable.

    PSA - WSL wont work in Insiders Fast Ring Build 18272. The issue is now fixed and flighted for next weeks Fast Build. We recommend waiting until then to install. Sorry for the inconvenience

    Unfortunately, Windows Subsystem for Linux will not work in Windows Insider Fast Ring build 18272. The issue has been fixed and will be in next week's Insider Fast build. If you've installed this build I suggest rolling back to the previous version. Sorry for the inconvenience.

    Hi there
    @Brink
    checked -- you can install but interface won't start.

    I think though with the buyout of Red Hat by IBM the whole Windows / Linux integration could become very interesting -- Red Hat has its Open Source offshoot CENTOS so we might be seeing much more integration between CENTOS and Windows rather than UBUNTU -- could be interesting times. IBM already has quite a few tie ups with Ms. IBM + Redhat is likely to overwhelm Canonical (Ubuntu) in the server / cloud market so "Watch this space" !!!!

    IBM to acquire Red Hat for $34 billion | ZDNet

    Interesting times ahead for these players -- interesting to see how AZURE / Google cloud services etc progress through the market -- this is obviously currently where the money is.

    Cheers

    Isn't it funny that after sitting on "Downloading 100%" for half an hour the system should revert back to "Pending Download". Microsoft really tests the patience of its windows insiders
