Mine is going around in circles as well. Same error as Wyn.
This is VERY rare for this comp so wonder what MS are doing with these releases. After the hold up with 1809 I thought they might be a bit more conservative.

Well this build was released at 2.30 a.m IST when I was fast asleep. I will first create the ISO using the files from the UUP dump website and then go in for windows update. Cheers.

I have noticed two changes in the "Personalization" section of Settings, the first one is in "Colors", the option to "choose the default app mode" (light or dark) is now on the top, before, it was in the bottom.
And the second change is in "Start" and has to do with the Jumplist:

Right-clicking an MP4 in this build sends Explorer on a minute or two CPU binge and essentially locks Explorer for that time.
Doesn't happen on MKV or other media types I've tested, and I've never seen this happen before. There are so many variables for this sort of thing, that it's probably not something anyone else is going to see, but who knows.

Got there in the end. The second go around worked and here we are.
No prob with rt click on mp4 files in Explorer, here.
