Same here, Andre. Usually the second time succeeds here. Microsoft still cannot seem to get the installation process right the first time.

Even third time unsuccessful. Check under network details. Should be over 4 GB. Not there yet..

I don't think it's re-downloading everything every time but in segments. Forgot to reset data usage.

Try removing all USB Devices except for mouse and keybord and running Windows Update Cleanup. Worked for me on 18562

Still wondering why they can't make it use more resources, quite slow this way. Couple of % of CPU (single core) and not much more of disk. Somebody should tel them about multi-core CPUs, SSDs. and lot's of RAM.
