Just fired off both test machines. Dell Venue Pro 11 is "pending download" (downloading Defender update); XPS 2720 just hit its first failure during the download phase. 2nd try on that machine right now: 76% getting things ready. We'll see how it goes. Will post further to this item with additional news & info, as it happens.

Try removing all USB Devices except for mouse and keybord and running Windows Update Cleanup. Worked for me on 18562

Made ISO, gonna reboot now.

Done! Took a little over an hour and a half, including the time taken for the first try that failed.

Edit: Actually, it took an hour and 26 minutes. Gotta be accurate, ya knows . . .
