    Read this on deskmodder.de:

"Note: This update is not just for the insiders. If you are on the road with the normal Windows 10 1809, you can also install it."
I'd recommend caution about installing it on anything than officially intended.

Just sloppy. WU does not include the build number. Exhaustion may be setting in

From bad to worse. The downloads folder is now SELECTED for disk cleanup (system files). Since when did this happen? Since the dawn of Windows time the Downloads folder was a USER folder. Also the disk cleanup of Windows Update files is not completing. Do I have to take a snapshot of every minor build? No way to got back to .104. Good thing I don't care much since the Skip/Fast builds are performing fine. Who knows what other problems exist in this build. Hope somebody from MS who can actually do something about this sloppiness is following this thread.

They never do. You have to lookup the KB to see what it does.

Since it's in the Release Preview Ring, does this mean that this would be the last CU until the 1809 update gets public?

Build number has never been included at Windows Update.

Downloads folder is not selected for disk cleanup on 17763.107 (with or without System files).

I think you're confusing it with Downloaded program files which is different.
