Always thought the interval was 30 days to go back to a previous version?
And yes, you can build the ISO from the old installation using UUP2ISO but then I would use DISM tool to integrate .104 as well. No point making a 17763.1 really (even if you weren't troubled previously) but a clean install isn't an upgrade so it wouldn't really be a lot of point as you'd still only get back to .55
So then you'd have to do what I did and jump in and out of RP to get .104 again
