I made the move earlier this year from my 640 when a deal came up on a Moto G5 the was too good to pass up. Been using the MS launcher ever since, plus quite a few other MS apps (and have deleted or disabled quite a few Google apps).

Was still being developed in Summer, 2018 and has received quite good reviews. Obviously it needs continued development and one hopes it will still be around and ongoing next year when Windows 10 Mobile truly enters oblivion.
