If the update is shown to have successfully installed in update history an Winver is showing: 17763.55, you shouldn't be paying much attention to the error in event viewer. You can always run sfc /scannow to check for any integrity violations.

And they did not list it as a know issue! Very bad MS! How many other unknown-known issue area there?

Still no solution for the contextmenu , all keeps grey ( ugly !!)
In 1803 its blue ," ImmersiveContextMenu=0 " does not work anymore in 1809............(sad)

I was thinking the same, it looks quite "suspicious"

Installed fine on second machine. I will know further down the road if there are any issues.
