    From known issues:
We’re investigating an issue resulting in Settings crashing when invoking actions on certain pages. This impacts multiple settings, including:
In Ease of Access, when clicking “Apply” on Make Text Bigger the Settings app will crash and the text size will not be applied.
In Windows Security, when clicking hyperlinks the Settings app will crash.

The update broke Office 365 as none of the apps would start. The "Quick" repair fixed it.
It also deleted the default recording device (Stereo Mix) as there was no input audio device. I had to enable Stereo Mix and make it the default recording device.

Office 365 is working fine for me. Here's a screenshot of Outlook Insider updating. New Windows 10 Insider Preview Fast & Skip Build 18252 (19H1) - Oct. 3-windows-10-insider-preview-skip-ahead-ring-2018-10-10-03-05-02.png

UPDATE: As I previously noted I had a problem with Office 365 after the update (which I resolved). I tried restarting the new version and it booted to the log-in screen and then went to a black screen, The mouse pointer would move in the black screen but nothing else. I tried another reboot and same thing. I clicked the option to restore the previous version on the boot screen (I have a dual boot) but that also failed. I had to restore to a Macrium Reflect disc image of an older version and then do the update again. It appears to be OK now after updating. Fortunately I don't lose anything as I mainly keep the Insider versions to test my recording studio software with the new versions.
