1809 crippled my main desktop after doing the upgrade from 1803. Constant lags and freezing, ended up rolling back. I prefer clean installs but do upgrades to test how it actually works from time to time.
Did a clean install on my spare desktop and my WIFI connection is crippled. It says I have a network connection but no Internet. IPV 6 is enabled.
Now waiting on new ISO's to show up on My Visual Studio to have another go.

Running build 17763.104 here and it has been running really well for a couple of weeks then yesterday morning after booting the PC it threw a complete wobbler on me. Apps were taking ages to start up and my event viewer was full of search errors, Cortana and Edge didn't work and rather than try and manually fix it I did a Reset. Now I've reinstalled the apps that Windows deleted it all seems fine again.
    No idea what caused it
    where did .104 come from?

.55 is public, .104 is insider only (slow ring + RP). At least for now.

Me 2... I don't have any issues with 1809 - did the upgrade to test...(fortunately lost nothing) - will be clean installing once things settle.

I checked for updates, no 104 for me yet, still running great on .55. I just updated my other two computes with the latest 1803 updates last night. I hope they didn't screw anything up in 55 with 104.

Why would you expect .104 unless you are an insider?

Did you mean: "I just updated my other two computers with the latest 1809 updates last night", since you are talking about OS build verson: 17763.55. Maybe a typo!
