I've only had one problem and that was with the File & Folder backup. It wasn't backing up small files that were in a directory with large files. I reported the problem and it was fixed in a couple of days. Never had an issue with imaging.

I don't know what version you use but I use The paid version. I have never used it to backup files or folders just the entire system.

I do not make incremental images, only full ones.

I was experimenting. It wasn't long after I first had it. I now use FreeFileSync for data backups.
