I wonder why they haven't fixed it in 1809 yet.
I also wonder that, it is the same thing that happens with this fix made in that same build (18234):

That fix has not yet been back ported to O18U, there are several complaints, both here and in Reddit, about that bug.

Right click -> New context menu really slow

But there is still time for them to add those and more fixes to O18U.

LOL, I'm quite sure it CAME Bloated!

Anyone ever notice hardly anyone is ever asking for help with any of the Bloatware? Can't think of seeing any requests for help with Candy Crush Soda or any of the other "stuff". Nearly everyone's needing help with our OS.
I keep removing it and MS keeps putting it back.

I heard that 1809 hates everything HP-related software. Really stupid when you think about it. Any word about the soon-to-come patch or is it more waiting in the waiting room for us 18OH-NEIN!-owners? :)

    Yeah, I called it 18-OHNEIN!!
I have an HP all in one printer with no issues at all so 1809 doesn't hate my printer.

Gooooooooooooood question! In just 12 days it's November. Or by that time they'll call it the NOVEMBER-update.......
My guess is it will keep the same name (October 2018 update 1809), but without the bugs which should have already been fixed. Otherwise, if they do change the name that's going to create a lot of confusion— put it another way, a real mess, MHO..
