I can repeatedly force them to occur by opening Chrome OR Adobe Acrobat Reader, so as i mentioned above "Maybe many non-MS apps do that by design.........."

I honestly don't know but ignoring them, as suggested, seems a reasonable idea - filter them out if you like but we're going around in circles now....

From here on, I will build my custom image from scratch and set all permissions and services exactly how I want them, so I never have to fiddle with it again. Maybe even script it, so It's a one click run for everything.
