There is always only one active cumulative update, it supersedes all previous versions. The current one to insiders being .104 which supersedes .55 which supersedes .17.
Think this will be next Tuesday, unless they get some more stuff for Tuesday and just push it sooner or skip it.
Personally I'd be quite content if it never came out - 1803 is rock solid on three systems here and for the first time in a while I can just get on with everything without constant problems. It's not as if 1809 is going to make any material or even noticeable difference to our lives.
