You're right of course, but I have seen "solutions" to that particularly a batch file called gpedit-enabler from here https://www.itechtics.com/easily-ena...-home-edition/
which purports to allow access to the Policy Editor in Home.
I'll admit to having examined it and i don't actually understand what it's doing, therefore so far i haven't tried it, but does anyone here have any experience of it?
Happy to attach it as a text file to a post if anyone wishes.
