Columbus, Ohio which was named after him does not honor this holiday anymore.

    Mostly only a school holiday
Banks are closed, so it's a national holiday.

Not here, GM is working no mail and most county & state/local offices are closed.

Can anybody that has 1809 deployed confirm if Shutdown Settings are still available Under Power Options / Change Plan Settings?

They are mysteriously gone on my PC (don't lurk there very often though) and had resort to Change Advanced Power Settings in order to disable Fast Boot.

    Just curious?

I did the Roll Back, quick and painless. I had performance issues though. Just FYI . If you copy your Windows.old to external media before it gets deleted you may be able to do it after the ten days. Not 100% about that. My understanding is a scheduled disk cleanup deletes it after 10 days, and once its gone, no roll back option. I'm sure those in the know will chime in to tell me if I'm right or wrong on that. It used to be 30 days to do a Roll Back.

You can change it to up to 60 days. See Shawn's tut:

The first thing to note is that a cumulative update probably wouldn't work. Here's what would need to happen:

    1. Remove updates all the way back to 1803.320
    2. Have an Insider Big Bug Hunt
    3. Research and find (with the help of Insiders) reported instance of files being deleted
    4. Fix that bug first
    5. Have another Insider Big Bug Hunt
    6. Once that is done, fix all bugs reported to date
    7. Have another Insider Big Bug Hunt
    8. Turn over to the Insider Program to double check MS's work.

OK, now we have all the bugs located and squished. (Suuuurrrrrrrrrre we do!)

On to adding new features, one at a time!
Seems to me that since this issue only happen to some people that they need to isolate why that group of people had the issue fix that issue, the people that happen to are screwed unless they had backups? All the other issues should be able to be fixed with a CU. Once the losing data issue is resolved re-release the upgrade
