I couldn't get it to work with Edge but it works for me okay with Seamonkey (and probably Firefox) by changing the UA string for microsoft.com to. Probably anything that makes the MS web page think it's a non Microsoft OS will work.Code:Mozilla/5.0 (iPhone; CPU iPhone OS 10_1_1 like Mac OS X) AppleWebKit/602.2.14 (KHTML, like Gecko) Version/10.0 Mobile/14B100 Safari/602.1
Now when I select the Edition I get
no mention of the October 2018 update.
I chose Windows 10 then 32 bit English and I was offered Windows 10 Education English. No idea what build though. I'm going to go ahead and download it just to see what build it is, even though it's useless to me.
Edit: It's 1803!!!
It was 1809 when I downloaded the MCT, it's now reverted to 1803 so looks like it's been pulled.
I can certainly feel for those for whom 1809 has brought on everything from small problems to actual grief. But, I must be one of the fortunate few that has had no real breaks (a couple of Context Menu additions had to be redone) that I can find, and actually two fixes!
First, an sfc /scannow corrupt file that could not be fixed by any means I'm capable of.
Second, for some time now I've had four tiles in my Start Menu repeatedly going blank, requiring a resize up and back down to fix.
Since 1809 sfc /scannow is clean and those tiles have not blanked out. In fact the whole Start Menu seems brighter with more vibrant colors.
The way my luck runs, I'm sure there's something in there ticking. But for now, I'm enjoying it.
