Windows 10 October 2018 Update rollout now paused

i don't like tips in first page of Settings that MS added in 1809 update.
is there any way to remove this section?

Settings>Privacy>General>bottom toggle switch "show me suggested content in the settings app".

thanks, that worked. i didn't think there is such button in unrelated privacy tab.

Microsoft's placement of some settings does confuse the issue.

Very quick update download in 17mbits/internet connecton avg 500KBytes/s
Only 3 restart on its ok!

NOTE:
ONLY 1x appears this error:error 0x80070002 on Windows Update

and, later, click "update again" and the error is gone!

Clean installed 1809 with MCT.
Broawdell-E overclocking is broken again as it was in KB4100347
