Aha. However, Pacific time zone is 3 hours earlier than mine. Maybe they're confused with "spring ahead, fall back" or perhaps we're all just in the Twilight Zone.

I don't know what it says, but when I click it it takes me to the page with all the Surface models

I think cortana/search does. Also, being back on 1803, I can say 1809 seems slower in general and takes longer to boot and much longer to restart at least for me. Usually for me new feature updates seem faster initially.
