I think MS believes everyone lives in the pacific time zone lol
Aha. However, Pacific time zone is 3 hours earlier than mine. Maybe they're confused with "spring ahead, fall back" or perhaps we're all just in the Twilight Zone.

Is it just me or do all apps now have a horrible wide border?
I think cortana/search does. Also, being back on 1803, I can say 1809 seems slower in general and takes longer to boot and much longer to restart at least for me. Usually for me new feature updates seem faster initially.
