My activate windows just popped up. Too funny. Clowns are running MS.
What would you do if it happens to me? I would freak out really! What's the best advice?

It does not matter, they are all coders and can fix this build.
If they were that good, there would be no such problems. Much easier to screw up than to fix.

If they put their heads together and study the code, one or two or three of them may come out with a fix. It has been over a month. This twice a year rollout needs to be changed to one per 18 months. I see no real difference between the builds.

The advice from MS is to wait for them to fix the issue.

As far as the activation problem that is all one can do. It would be hard to complain about 1809 from an un activated system. Hmmm

So it's just a glitch? Will it be reactived again afterwards?

Some have already been reactivated, RingTail. I think I read the issue's already been solved. If that's so, no one else should get that error.

FWIW, I'm not deactivated so far.
