Agreed, my 17763.107 is running as the best windows 10 yet. I really don't hope I'm being forced to accept any slowdown when MS finally put out 1809 (or whatever its name is going to be ... 1812??)

I guess I must be lucky, running Version 1809 Build 17763.55 on 2 Notebooks and 2 Desktops without much problem, usually things with third-party software. I got both the .iso and bootable USB Upgrade downloads the same day it was released plus the .55 Build. Not sure it makes a difference but I don't use OneDrive, usually have it disabled.
With .55 it was not re-released. It was just a CU for those who installed it BEFORE it was pulled.
https://blogs.windows.com/windowsexp...dows-insiders/Today , we also released some other fixes in the monthly update for customers who have already taken the Windows 10 October 2018 Update . More details are available in
KB 4464330.
I received 2 CU for .55. PC is running great, installed 1809 using WU and created ISO the day before MS pulled 1809.1.
Updated version of Windows 10 October 2018 Update released to Windows Insiders
NOT to The General Public. They still cannot get it. It was released under 17763.1 then it was pulled and re released with a CU making it 17765.55 then it was given another CU making it 17763.104, then another CU making it 17763.107 , the last two only available to members of The Insider Group.
Been on 1809 since day one and have had no issues. One computer has user folders on second drive.
