My systems are fully imaged on 1803, so when 1809 or the next major release is rolled out, I will be ready.

One of my Laptops already has 1809 and I have not yet had a real problem.
However, it wrecked two other systems, especially my HP printing software which is critical.

    FWIW.
I heard that 1809 hates everything HP-related software. Really stupid when you think about it. Any word about the soon-to-come patch or is it more waiting in the waiting room for us 18OH-NEIN!-owners? :)

    Yeah, I called it 18-OHNEIN!!

    It's a OfficeJet Pro 8610.

HP's software from 2015 is nothing to brag about but I would like a substitute that is better engineered.
Too much bloat... and the interface is slow.

    FWIW.

    Hi there
    @RingTailCoon
    Goede Dag !!!!

My point is that the user shouldn't have to UNINSTALL all that B/S -- it shouldn't be there in the first place -- certainly not on a Professional version (Enterprise is a bit easier as businesses can sysprep installations and kill all that junk).

Tot Ziens -- love visiting Amsterdam (not just for "Waccy baccy !!!).

    cheers
    jimbo
    You can sysprep any version.

The "zip bug" was present in 19H1 until build 18219 and Microsoft fixed it in build 18234:

    18219:

    18234:
In the changelog of that build doesn't appear this fix, but that is something normal since Microsoft sometimes doesn't include all the fixes or the novelties in those changelogs, the list of improvements and fixes of that build is quite long so it's understandable that they are have forgotten to include, not only this, but maybe other fixes.

In conclusion, this bug did affect the builds of 19H1 and Microsoft clearly fixed it in one of those builds.

HUMPH! Maybe that's what's bugging my printer. Or is it a feature?

I wonder why they haven't fixed it in 1809 yet.

LOL, I'm quite sure it CAME Bloated!

Anyone ever notice hardly anyone is ever asking for help with any of the Bloatware? Can't think of seeing any requests for help with Candy Crush Soda or any of the other "stuff". Nearly everyone's needing help with our OS.
