Lot's of people on Reddit complaining of Audio driver issues after updating. In my experience these big updates always require a re-installation of my Soundcard Drivers. I'm used to it, but it's another area that needs some serious improvement from MS.
Some people have experienced that here with an intel audio driver update that appears to have been pulled:
    Cumulative Update KB4462919 Windows 10 v1803 Build 17134.345 - Oct. 9

Is there any particular place that I should check to see if I have missing files?

    Hi folks
The 1809 build 17763.17 is available again on UUP DUMP site if you want to try it again (choose slow ring to get file from server).

    Cheers

Your Documents, Pictures, Music and Videos folders in your user folder. It will either be all or none so it is easy to check.

    Thanks.
I don't store any personal files on my system drive, so all good.
I know some applications but files/folders there, but everything seems to be all OK.

Since updating to 1809, I have sound issues.

Doing certain things the sound crackles, but working perfectly in 1803.

Have installed 1803 in a vm, joined Slow Ring, put a test file in documents, redirected folder to another drive, and left test file in original location

Have got a new feature update to 1809, installing now.

Any news on when 1809 will resume to the public? Looking forward to making a clean start.

should be: 100 users out of 1,000,000 (or 1 user out of 10,000)

0.1% is one hundredth, 0.01% is one thousandth (@Kari's text should really say 'one one-hundredth of one percent, but i am being pedantic). Whatever, I think he is right - 100 out of 100,000, or 1 out of 1,000(same thing)
Eddie is right, I had a typo, had forget th at the end of the word hundred. Muchomurka is also right, another typo I made was to write 100,000 when it should have been one million, 1,000,000.

In any case, the exact wording on Insider Blog is "one one-hundredth of one percent". One percent from 1,000,000 is 10000, one one-hundredth of it is 100.

Post edited, typos corrected. It says now:

Microsoft claims that only 0.01% of users were affected, or as Windows Insider blog says (read more) "one one-hundredth of one percent". In other words, that would mean that only 100 users out of 1,000,000 would have been affected.
