Just 5 minutes and 22 seconds from restart to wallpaper. It is definitely speeding up. 20 minutes or so for the install part before the restart prompt popped up. Helps for me to have close to 1Gbps download speeds and having file sharing turned on.

A Gbps definitely helps. Update actually took only 5 minutes after restart but now my internet is extremely slow, much faster in safe mode. I'll see if Google DNS helps.

Probably not, I though that something was overusing bandwidth, but wasn't. Even changed NIC driver but now it's usable speed. The thing is, it worked fine in safe mode with networking. Go figure.
