nope tried it, i tried troubleshooter for update and it found update database corruption and still nothing..
Sometimes, even if Windows Update troubleshooter said it has found some issues and fixed them, you have to go some steps further.. like running:
    -sfc /cannow for integrity violations.
    -Dism.exe /online /Cleanup-Image /checkhealth
    -Dism.exe /online /Cleanup-Image /restorehealth
    -Dism.exe /Online /Cleanup-Image /AnalyzeComponentStore
    -Dism.exe /Online /Cleanup-Image /StartComponentCleanup

Run SFC Command in Windows 10 (OPTION THREE)
Use DISM to Repair Windows 10 Image

New item below added to "Improvements and fixes" for KB4458469.

Addresses an issue that prevents dual tunnel AlwaysOn VPN configurations that use trusted network detection from having both tunnels operational.

What build number (Winver) are you at right now?

You can also try to reset Windows Update and see what gives:

Microsoft seems to have suspended distribution of the KB4458469 update recently thru WU and WSUS

Some have found that setting a number of days, then going back to zero was necessary before these non-security updates would be seen.
That only works on alternate Fridays if you hop up and down on your left foot. Facing west.

V1803.286,this is the version for (KB4464218) right before the last one (KB4458469). By the same token, it seems that according to the post #97 above by @erpster4, KB4458469 has been suspended. That could explain why you still cannot install it.
