Just a thought, try if you want to. Uninstall your .319, reboot, check for updates.
You mean using programs and features in control panel?

That will probably take you to the same place. I was think of this in the settings/updates.

    I see - thanks.
I checked for updates again a few mins ago and it is now downloading. I had a similar problem with the 1st version of this KB. I ran the troubleshooter a little while ago and it said there may be some WU database corruption, and the fix would delete all updates and reboot, but I thought I would hold off on that for now - seemed a bit drastic.

Not necessarily, Rocky. It seems that Microsoft pulled the update on Friday, but some are still able to download the ISO using the link provided in the first post of this thread.
Am I "losing it"? The update says it's a 9/26/2018 (today) release, but this thread was started 6 days ago.

Anyway, did a manual check-for-updates and kb4458469 is downloading now.

The update was re-released on the 26th with an amendment (same KB number)

This thread was started for version .319, which was released on the 20th. It's not been updated to .320, but with the same KB number

I've uninstalled KB4458469, then installed KB4457128 through Windows Update & lastly I manually updated to .320

Furthermore, I ran DISM to check & the component store cleanup is needed.
