From past experience, Marty, we should know when the watermark is removed from our Fast Ring Build(s). That's about all I can tell ya.
The watermark has been gone from the last few builds Wynona but there is a remark in the notes that this doesn't mean it's final.

True that Keith, but as @Fafhrd noticed (me too) this build has it's typical notice for "real thing".

Think we could get some xx.2 or .3 update, and that's it

Yes, when we start getting CUs rather than a complete new build it's a sign this may well be 'The One'.

We’re not Flighting today #WindowsInsiders. Go do this instead. Let’s show the @Azureteam how we work! #msignite

Unless they find a show stopper, which has happened a time or three . . .

Do I vaguely remember that Insiders were given about a week or so to update to the next version on our production machines before it was released to the general public? I'm pretty sure they did it once, but don't remember whether we had that chance when the April 2018 Update was released.

It generally goes to Release Preview ring about a week before general release so that will probably be next Tuesday.

It could, but I'm thinking they may need more time to assess feedback.
