Installing Windows 10 Enterprise for Virtual Desktops Never heard of this before - it will be as a Shared VM using VMware 14.1.3 (VMware 15 is released but its only the $150 bucks for the upgrade if I was using Windows Server 2019 as my primary and I don't have that installed yet).

People should try the Windows 10 Enterprise IP Build 17758 available directly from the Windows Insider page. You'll be pretty amazed at all the editions available.

There is no way I know to determine how Build 17763 will differ from Windows 10 1809 GA (a better term than RTM) Unless WU shows a later build. If you can do it expect a call from Microsoft lawyers since you have reverse engineered Windows.

The "seekers" Paul Thurrott refers to may be the Release Preview Ring. I have mine backed up 3 different places.

Quote: What to Expect from Todays Microsoft Event - Thurrott.com

"Microsoft will launch Windows 10 version 1809 at the event. This one is an educated guess, but highly probable, and most of the journalists and bloggers I chatted with yesterday agree: Microsoft will launch Windows 10 version 1809 for “seekers” today and then follow it up with the general release next Tuesday. Which, by the way, is Patch Tuesday. The exact day this always happens."

I just checked and Heidoc only has Builds up to 17758, so that's a no-go and the only one I'll trust for now.

Me too, Magilla. I would trust Heidoc if it had it, but it's only up to 17758, so no-go.
