When you click on the link, a file appears that contains the links to download the ESDs directly from the Microsoft servers, you only have to highlight the one that corresponds to your language and architecture, then right click and choose "go to" and will begin to download the ESD.
    Attachment 205641

To convert it to ISO, simply download the appropriate tool, ESD Decrypter, put the ESD file in the same folder where you unzipped the rar and run as administrator the "decrypt" file.
    Ok, thanks!

Looking at the link he pasted to Pastebin..... looks more like a list than a downloadable file?? I think it is the 8th one down en-us? could be I am way off track here?

I just copied the whole line in the listing and pasted to browser and now it is downloading

    Hi Everyone,
    I'm currently on the following:
    Windows 10 Pro
    Version # 1809
    OS Build # 17763.1
Does anyone feel as though this is the 'RTM' Build/Release ?..It's sounding more and more like it quite possibly is, on a different site, it's being mentioned that some user's MIGHT want to consider:
" If you don't want to be part of that, or you want to use a stable release for a change, it's possible to pull out of the Windows Insider Program without having to modify your current installation. The reason is that at the time that October 2018 Update is signed off as final, during a short period, both the public release and the latest preview build share the same version of the code."
I'm just trying to get some feedback about this.
    Thanks,
    David

I think I can wait a day or to for the official release from Microsoft. If, indeed, this is the official, then we have it already, no?

I haven't heard an official word from MS for a long time. When links from MS start popping up everywhere then that pretty well sums it up.

I installed it anyway as I have a working Macrium image back of 17134 going back to July.

One thing I hate is when I change over to a dark theme it also changes explorer. I liked it before where explorer had a light theme and the apps had a dark theme but it seems if I change one it changes everything.
Yes Explorer needs to have a toggle to use the dark theme, having it forced if you have your apps dark is not ideal
