Restarting Function Discovery Resource Publication service makes my PC with 177758.1 show up on the network. That service is started when the PC is booted. A restart afterwards fixes the problem. I am making a guess but I think Microsoft has something blocking the service during the boot.

It should be set to Automatic (Delayed Start).

Thanks for the reply. I have tried it with the delay. Same result. This network problem I'm getting started in build 17751.

I have tried both settings too, very inconsistent results. I'm not exactly sure what build it started in, suspect it has been there all along.

    I'll see your 17758, and raise you a 17758.1.
Ummm, I'd have to open Little Lenovo and it's still in its bag from class the other day. However, I've already seen 17758.1, so I'm waiting for the next canary or whatever . . .
