    WiFi works for me and on many laptops that come through the shop. Perhaps you need a driver update for your WiFi device?

    @Rickerz

    WU won" t work with this app, not even second Tuesda, 3 patches. It must be made manually = Select All except Defender.

    When clicking 《《 check for updates》》, the only driver (s) you'll get is by introducing a new device, such as Android, Mac, Cannon, TV, etc...

    You don't need them, because internal or generic drivers do the work. Disabling WU in Services can be made only and only if Defender is OFF or another A/V controls Windows Ten.

    Take care,

    I'm using 1030.27.425.2018 on the Edimax AC1750 Wi-Fi USB adapter which is newer than the official driver. FYI, once my rig is booted up, the Wi-Fi did not auto-connect & very difficult to connect, but this happened randomly not every time.

    Apparently, I tried generic driver provided by Windows, official from Edimax & few drivers that i grab from Microsoft update catalog too. Furthermore, I even email to the Edimax which they denied this issue.

    At the end of the day, the 1030.27.425.2018 performed the best among other drivers that I tested so far.

    Trust me, if it was that simple, I'd have done it. I'm referring to the known issue with this patch. My home network now just sits disconnected at bootup, eventually it connects but it's quicker to override it by clicking.

    Ignored those who said no issue, because even Microsoft themselves stated it.

    I was responding to your blanket statement. You made it sound like WiFi was broken, period, which is definitely is not. Yes, there are problems with some hardware and some devices but the vast majority of wireless devices work. That's the point I was trying (not very well apparently) to make.

    I am sorry you are one of the ones having problems. Replacing the WiFi card would probably fix it. Edimax and Microsoft working together could resolve this quickly but that is unlikely to happen.
